Section1. NAME-This constitution will be known and identified as"TOUR CONSTITUTION FOR ALL TOUR OPERATIONS BY GROUP OF KESRIYA'S",briefly "TOUR COSTITUTION'
Section2. APPLICABILITY-It will apply on all tours carried out by "GROUP OF KESRIYA'S" (GOK)I i.e. tour progrrames and toursit journeys made by Sumer Singh Saran(SSS) and Rajendra Prasad Panwar (RPP)including local tours.
Section 3. APPLACABILITY OUTSIDE GOK-Tour operations other than GOK or GOK with other persons may apply this constitution after obtaining a proper permission from GOK. but there it will work as general guideline and not as constitution,in such matter taking consent of all tour members will be mandatory for acceptance of this constitution as guide line before commencement of journy.Copy of the document will be provided by GOK on appllication in writing after proper examination of such application.GOK may accept or reject ay such application(s) without asighning any reason.
Section 4. COMPLIANCE-Tour constitution will be obeyed and complied stictly by each member,violations if any will be treated seriously.First viloation will be condemned only, second violation will be fined by Rs.100,third violation will be fined by Rs.200,fourth violation will be fined by Rs.500,fifth violation will not be allowed in any way and it will lead to termination of the tour,such situation may be avoided at any cost.
Section 5 .Each person will try his best for a pleasant and good atmosphere during journey.Any type of teasing,taunting,remarking on each other or hot debates will be strictly prohibited.
Section 6. Any situations of tense will be treated in soaber manner and each person will work for maintaining and restoring a ease and plesant situation.Things will be taken lightly and no issues will be made on general things.
Section 7. Discussions on previous tours and past things will be allowed but it should be insured that atmosphere of tour would not be affected.
Section 8. Each member will free for his daily routine like getting up,freshing, bathing,dressing up etc.provided with that it will not effect proposed tour schedule and also provided with that going to
bed time will not be prior to 10.30pm except any health or medical problem(s) to any touring person.
Section 9. Each member will free to take the meal of his owm choice.Consent for comman meal or refreshment items will be taken from each other but if there is any differences on these items each one will free to fulfil his own choice.
Section 10. Tour will be as per tour schedule. change(s) will not be allowed in general manner but if any special or anavoidable situations arises it will be adressed by common consent.Places to see at each destination will be finalasied by mutual consent.Policy for more and more coverage of visiting points in possible manner will be followed.
Section 11. Unclassified items will be used in general manner and not in excessive manner but desire (s) of each one will be fullfilled,Unclassified items will be finalasied by mutual consent but if there is any differences on such items it will be meeted out as per meal policy.
Section 12. Touring members will frree to have and use cellphones as many as they wish during day time but only one cp will be allowed in on mode during night hours,but here it is provided that during discussions(hathaee) only necessary phone calls will be permited to attend.All will also free to switch off one or all cp(s). Questioning or try to get any details about any phone call of any one except common friends calls will be strictly prohibited.Excessive use of cellphone whether on call or any other feature durig site seeing and hathaee will not be allowed but calls having urgent nature may be attended.Every one also free to talk with any one on cp provided with compliance of this clause.
Section 13. As we wre going to places which are not familiar to us so we wiil have to need enquiries at various places,every one will not hasitate to enquiring about matters and"tun puchh-tun puchh"will not be allowed.
Section 14. Rajasthani Langguagge will be the official languagge and all mutual talks will strictly be in Rajasthani.Medium for talk with other persons(except those who know Rajasthani) will be Hindi and English.Writing medium will be Hindi or English.
Section 15. No tour dues will be allowed to keep pending.Each one will have to pay all his dues before dispersing point.No mix up with any previous or future dues will be allowed,but there is a situation that any friend has no funds at all he will have to give a fix date based promissory note to another friend fo paying his dues on account of tour.Every one will try his best to avoid promissory note situation.
Section 16. Any amendments in constitution or any new clause may be inserted by mutual consent,but no single man will be allowed to do so.
Section 17. Common sense will be applied on all decisions and any special decision will be allowed on the prevailing situations but it will be taken by mutual consent.No single person will be entitled to make any change(s) in constitution.
Section 18 Constitution is clear in all ways but any difference(s) arise(s) about interpertation(s) of the constitution it will be reffered to third party (i.e. our next close friends) with facts and views of each touring person and decision given that level will be final and abiding to all(Third party will have at least three members) but GOK will remain be supreme authority and they will entitle to adopt the decision of third party or reject it all with a new own decision taken with mutual consent by GOK.
